feat(library): add game links, auditor queue, audit log and filter

LinkGameDialog (user request or auditor link), EditionsCard on the
details page, LinkQueuePage and AuditLogPage for auditors with paging,
hideDuplicates filter and editions badge in the library, audit menu
entries, de/en texts.
