Details 
The sync details show a Set to 100% button for ALL_UNLOCKED games.
The button uses the existing status PUT, checks points, and reloads
the Dashboard. Refs #21

lobo e5091de50e feat(sync): follow the visit sync on the dashboard 
Show the "Syncing with Steam" badge while a visit sync runs, then
reload the sync changes banner and the library.
