lobo	4e59770e53	build(test): run unit tests with vitest and jsdom Karma needed headless Chrome. Vitest with jsdom runs with no browser. Lighthouse CI now gets Chrome from @puppeteer/browsers. Two CSS font tests are dropped: jsdom does not apply real CSS.	2026-10-13 09:02:45 +02:00

lobo	304c25cb6c	Add Docker, NGINX config, and CI workflow Introduces Dockerfile and nginx.conf for containerized deployment of the Angular frontend.
